Job Description: Bello Giardino has been in business for twenty two years, working in a high-end residential market, covering most of German Village, Arlington and Grandview in Columbus, Ohio. Our facilities are located approximately 3-5 miles south of downtown Columbus. We are seeking a Hardscape Foreman dedicated to work outdoors and hold themselves to a high standard. Applicants must be professional and well-spoken, able to represent yourself as a Hardscape Foreman and lead a team of two to five. Requirements for the Hardscape Foreman include: • Valid driver's license • Able to drive truck with trailer attached • Basic working skills of a bobcat, excavator, trencher, etc. • 3-5 Years experience • Leadership experience • Responsible and dependable The Hardscape Foreman should hold basic skills with working outdoor equipment such as a bobcat, trencher, mini excavator, forklift, snow plow, and other related outside tools. Applicants must be available for snow removal in the winter months. Common materials used: Indiana Limestone, Thermal Bluestone Tile, Indiana Limestone Steps, Custom Cedar Fencing.
