Flexible as needed hours, run errands, show apartments to potential renters, attention to details, strong organizational skills, must be familiar with basic smartphone and computer technology, complete apartment inspections, be able to clean apartments, process work orders, communicate and follow up with residents. Making sure that the vacant apartments are in perfect, move-in condition, assist in apartment turnovers. Landscaping experience and painting a plus.
