We are a fast growing third-party logistics company who is looking to bring new, hard-working, and enthusiastic leaders to our team! We are in search of an experienced teammate who has worked in warehousing, helped manage customers, and is comfortable working in a warehouse management system. This position has two primary responsibilities: 1) Wave Planning & Outbound Support The Warehouse & Customer Support Lead will prioritize the shipping workflow throughout the facility to meet business needs for their dedicated customer account. Ensure that all orders are waved accurately and in a timely manner, based on each sales channel’s requirements. Proactively monitor and communicate any order issues / shortage to customers and determine backorder requirements as outlined in customer’s statement of work. Plan carrier picks-ups as needed and coordinate with Outbound Logistics Coordinator Pick and ship small parcel fulfillment orders as required. 2) Customer Support Routinely correspond directly with customer via customer service portal to resolve any open questions or action items. Provide feedback on how to enhance customer experience through Warehouse Management (WMS) and ticketing system improvements. Required Qualifications - High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency - Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. - Must be proficient working with UPS and FedEx shipping software - Must have experience operating in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) - Must be organized, able to work independently, and manage time effectively - Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
