HS Homes LLC is a family owned business that owns and manages vacation rental homes in the Scottsdale area. Our business is growing and we are expanding our inventory. We are in need of a field technician to help prepare the homes for the guest arrival. Below are a list of duties that are conducted during every inspection... - clean and inspect the pool and equipment - clean and inspect the spa - maintenance inspections - very light landscaping duties (if necessary) - restock supplies (cleaning products / paper products etc.) - interact with guests in a professional manner Requirements - general knowledge of pool equipment and maintenance - knowledge of general home maintenance - transportation provided (clean driving record a must) - self motivated, able to function with minimal supervision - problem solving and troubleshooting skills - solid verbal and written communication skills Competitive salary for qualified candidates.
