Information Providers, Inc., the leading provider of data to the property/casualty insurance industry, has an opportunity for a commercial lines field representative in Twin Cities and surrounding areas. Upon completion of appropriate company training, you will be identifying and recording underwriting information at commercial property sites. Work experience and background in commercial, farm, personal lines underwriting and loss control concepts preferred. A strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials, ability to identify hazardous conditions regarding public safety and/or property damage along with prior field experience is a plus. Must be self motivated with a strong work ethic and be able to work with minimal supervision. You will work from home scheduling site visitations and completing surveys. A reliable vehicle, digital camera, measuring device and computer with high speed internet is required.
