Multiple properties with over 200 units each needs Groundskeepers, Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors. Must have your own tools and transportation, be experienced, professional and reliable. Full 40 hour work week, paid every Friday. Must have grounds and property experience or make-ready qualifications with fixing and replacing apartment plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, heating / boilers, appliances, pest control and ac units. Snow removal duties in winter. Also have good communication skills and work well with others. Lots of work - will become full time jobs for the right candidates after 90 days.
