***PLEASE READ*** We have 3 restaurant locations we want a cleaning crew to take over asap. Locations: Aurora(Southlands), Westminster(Orchard) and Colorado Springs. DESCRIPTION: MONTHLY: 1. ALL INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR WINDOW: MUST BE CLEANED. THIS WILL INCLUDE FRONT & SIDE GLASS DOORS AND WINDOW FRAMES 2. SWEEP AND DEEP CLEANING (2 Smaller) CARPET AREAS OF RESTAURANTS 3. DUSTING OF THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT SITTING AREA CEILING 4. CLEANING AND POLISHING FLOORS (RESTAURANTS SITTING AREAS AND BATHROOMS) *This does not include stripping* Complete preservative maintenance 5. POWER WASHING BACK PATIOS AND BACK ENTRANCE PATH WALKWAYS 6. SWEEP AND MOP FRONT ENTRANCE QUARTERLY: 1. QUARTERLY CLEANING OF FABRIC BOOTHS (ALL 3 LOCATIONS) 3 times a year SEMI - YEARLY: 1. KITCHEN FLOOR CLEANING (ALL 3 LOCATIONS) 2 times a year The work description will be carried out as requested by the client. DESCRIPTION ABOVE APPLIES TO ALL 3 LOCATIONS. Safety PPE required where needed. This is a very good company we work with, do your job right and they won't bother you. This is an after mid-night job Each location pays $700 every month Monthly Payment: $2,100 monthly pay for all location Equipment needed: Cleaning and waxing machine Power washing machine Please text me or reply to this post.
