Looking for someone skilled, reliable, timely, with quality work that can cover all over Tampa and can handle electric work orders. We have a licensed electrician for Major/Heavy but we need someone who can handle things up to that point. This is all service work on rental properties. Must have: Tools Truck Ladder Insurance Pass background check Experience Customer Service Skills Must have a smart phone - we use an app. Photos and notes for each work order are a requirement. You submit your availability, we schedule your jobs based on it. Pay is weekly. Looking for INDIVIDUALS-we need direct contact with technicians for photos and notes. *Please do not reply if you will not be doing the work or will be sending someone else to do it for you. Primarily looking for people who can handle diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical. If you can do other scopes, even better. Types of work we get includes but is not limited to: Minor Electrical Minor Plumbing Drywall Landscaping - tree trimming Roof patches/repairs general interior and exterior repairs We provide: Work Materials (we pay for these) Flexible Scheduling Any job you are sent to will be awarded to you as long as you can complete it.
