Growing pool company is looking to hire (or train) someone for a pool service / cleaning tech in the Seminole and Orange county areas : Please tell us in a few sentences about you and if you have any prior experience in the pool industry. WE WILL CONSIDER TRAINING THE RIGHT PERSON for this position so previous experience is not necessary! THIS IS A PHYSICAL JOB - If you are not accustomed to being on your feet and doing physical work all day - then PLEASE look for a different type of job as the pool industry will not be for you! This position may start off as a part time position and you will be training with one of our techs with the opportunity to advance to your own route with full time position. Most of the work will and should be done between Monday and Thursdays so this job allows weekends off plus MOST Fridays. DO NOT just forward a resume as it will NOT be reviewed! We are willing to IMMEDIATELY start or train the right person who meets the following requirements: * Must be willing to learn our system of pool care. * Must be prompt (days start at 7 a.m.), neat in appearance, dependable, honest, & able to maintain an organized work environment. * Must be able to handle 15 pools minimum per day (once trained) with no customer complaints, shortcuts, or callbacks. * Clean DRIVING AND CRIMINAL Record (Driving record and proof of insurance needs to be provided at time of interview) * Should possess an outgoing personality and be able to communicate well with the customers. * Be self motivated with a strong work ethic. * Be available to work all weekdays (and a possible weekend if rained out during the week). * Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. * Preferably a NON smoker * Non Drug user ( must pass a drug screening ) ** Willing to Sign a NON compete at time of hire.
