This is an ideal position for a motivated self-starter that is dependable and takes pride in their work. We need help cleaning properties around Spring Hill, Palm Harbor, Palmetto, Wesley Chapel, Land o Lakes, Lutz, Odessa, Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Parrish areas - even as far as Sarasota/Bradenton /Venice areas. These are exterior cleans that are scheduled every month. We use a pure water system to clean the windows. We also have minor maintenance jobs that consist of changing and stocking light bulbs, AC filters, smoke alarm batteries, and minor paint touchups. Minor "fix-it" times such as toilet seats, squeaky doors, replacing handles, knobs, etc. We're looking for someone that just does the job right, every time without requiring a supervisor watching and correcting. This position isn't for everyone but is great for the type of person that just wants to do their job, get it done, do it right and not have someone on your back the entire time. Must be willing to travel. Also must be computer literate and have a smartphone! Must be presentable to our customers and have excellent customer care experience. The compensation is per job/unit and pays well. You need a driver's license, reliable transportation that can pull a trailer, a good work ethic, and the ability to pass a drug test. We provide equipment, training, and supplies. Pay is per job, payroll (you're an employee, not a subcontractor) and we use direct deposit.
