Highly rated lawn and landscape company hiring! Highly rated lawn and landscape company hiring all positions for multiple crews to gear up for the new season! Must have a clean background and reliable transportation to and from work as well as being drug free. We handle residential and commercial. Must have experience with both and also operating commercial equipment. Crew leaders must have a clean driving history and have experience driving a truck and pulling a trailer as well as being able to operate a commercial zero turn stand on mower. We use all new and the best of the best commercial equipment to make the job as easy as possible. That being said you must be a team player as we are all a team and all pitch in the make the job as easy as possible for everyone. You must be fit for this position as there is some heavy lifting at times and you must also be able to handle the Florida heat in those hot summer days. We do operate year round and do not shut down in the winter. Attention to detail is a must and you have to be reliable! You must also be respectful to our clients and our staff. Also must be presentable and professional as we are going to peoples homes. Hours are Monday - Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. We typically do not work weekends unless we are making up for rainy days or if overtime is requested and approved, but be prepared for weekend work if needed. We do pay time and a half. We are on the books and have actual employees vs other companies offering 1099's / subcontracting only. Pay is based on experience and is typically higher than other companies in this industry.
