Immediate hiring. We are in need of reliable employee who goes to work regularly and on time. Must be able to work anyday of the week. Communicate well and have sense of responsibility. The job is mostly cleaning common areas. A little knowledge about plumbing, electrical (changing switch/power outlet) and paint is a plus. Starting rate is $12/hr, 40hrs a week.
