Are meant to be TEMPORary ! Not where the animals live !!! It’s cruel, inhumaine and should be made illegal ! It’s public animal torture and it shows the small heart of the ill ones that keep them there. It’s all over Hawaii in every other back yard so sad to see. Please help bring awareness to this sad condition
