This video gives a very basic idea of what we do. A crewmember's job is to assist the foreman with pole inspection and treatment (PIT). You will assist in the excavating, treatment and cleanup of the poles that I, the foreman, inspect. On average, we may work anywhere from 25-35 poles a day. Looking to hire Crewmembers for a 4 man job. What I am looking for, in no particular order: 1. Driver's license not required but will take priority 1a. Must be able to legally work in US. 2. Good physical fitness and tolerance of being outside. Heat, Cold, insects (ticks, mosquitos, spiders) random dogs or other animals are things to keep in mind. 3. Flexible schedule for travel, these kinda jobs are rough if you have a family. (Company pays for lodging) 3a. Currently we will be in Estelle Manor in South Jersey. This can change when we get a new job or project. 4. Able to work weekends IF need be. If we get a rainy day, we may have to make it up on Saturday for example. 5. Willing and able to be on jobsite by 7am, unless otherwise specified.
