This team member must be an effective communicator, a timely person, and a great problem solver. * * We are seeking a team member with a safe driving record and can communicate with our clients on and off-site while providing them a great client experience. This team member will be responsible for on-time deliveries and removals while making sure our client's site is safe and clean. All of our team members are expected to interact with our clients in a professional manner. Our goal is to provide our clients with top-notch customer service. * * You will have the support of the Management Team to provide you with directions and efficient systems to assist you in your learning experience with us. After training, you will be placed in charge of handling inventory logistics and on-time delivery and takedown for assigned Charlotte Party Rentals and Charlotte Dumpster Rental clients. We are a solution based company that provides our clients with great customer service and on-time solutions. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position in any weather situation. Must have good customer service and communication skills. Must be a leader. Must be able to lift 100+ pounds. Must have a valid driver’s license and have a 5-year clean driving record. Must know how to drive a commercial truck. (Non-CDL) Must comply with all company policies and procedures. Report to work on all days scheduled at or before the clock-in time required including evenings and weekends, if scheduled. Dress in your Charlotte Party Rentals approved attire. (CPR Shirt) Attend all meetings as required by management.
