Now interviewing and hiring for the upcoming season. We need crew leaders, lawn techs and laborers. All skill levels considered. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour minimum and up (based on skill level). The minimum pay would be based on zero experience. Crew leaders must have a minimum 1 year crew leader experience with references and also a valid driver's license. 40 hours a week. If we work overtime, then we pay overtime rates. Monday thru Friday. 7:00-3:30 is the average times. Very little weekend work. Please call Gordon at 828-638-7500 to set up an interview.
