FESS Fire Protection, a North Carolina fire protection service company is seeking a new Team member for an immediate opening for the position of Fire Extinguisher Shop Apprentice for our Winston-Salem, NC branch location. As a team member, You will receive great benefits and learn a trade with the opportunity for advancement. The available position will be performing refills and testing of portable fire extinguishers under the supervision of our shop foreman. Based on your performance, attitude, attention to detail, and attendance; there is advancement potential within our organization. The job does require adherence to safety guidelines, physical ability, and working with your hands. Experience in this field is a plus but not a necessity. We have a great training program here at FESS Fire Protection. Team Member Requirements: Ability to work independently as well as in partnerships with other technicians and under the direction of the shop foreman. Working on your feet and mobility within the shop. Must have a good driving record and reliable transportation to our facility. Enjoy working with people and being a solution provider Be able to lift 60+ pounds repeatedly.
