AVAILABLE POSITIONS: We are looking for experienced individuals to immediately fill the following PART-TIME positions: ~~OFFICE CLEANING (MONDAY-FRIDAY) 8:00am-11:00am----Mornings *** Interested candidates please email your resume to [email protected]*** ***RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS VERY IMPORTANT*** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to: o Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring/stairs. o Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen. o Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas. o Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary. o Cleaning windowsills and internal windows. o Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner. o Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition. o Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals. o Produces quality work within pre-time frames. QUALIFICATIONS: o Ability to pass a criminal background screening/Fingerprint Background Check WILL be required!
