Overview of ArtCondo project and review of conceptual foundations and goals for NYC artists ArtCondo was formed to help NYC artists, creative professionals and businesses purchase real estate collectively so they can remain in NYC and gain equity. The project is formed and run by NYC artists and helps people purchase property collectively, individually, and to develop and own creative communities in buildings and in collaboration with neighborhoods.
