I am an amateur archaeologist who seeks landowners willing to let me walk with them in their fields and creeks in search of stone artifacts. I do not sell artifacts. I photograph and study them to learn their purpose and the ways in which they were used. I have been doing it as a hobby for 50 years. Over the years, I’ve learned to recognize stone hand tools that most people would fail to recognize. I do not dig or disturb the land. I’ll be glad to share my knowledge of ways to look for artifacts and identify them.
