JOIN US FOR A TOTAL-BODY WORKOUT TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE NO KILL PROJECT, AN ANIMAL RESCUE ORGANIZATION THAT HELPS RESCUE PETS ON LI. We are excited for everyone who will attend our fundraiser event to benefit this amazing animal organization. Our goal is to raise funds to help more animals in need. About the 'No Kill Project' - it is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue organization whose mission is to help reduce the overburdening number of pets in need of homes by sterilization, veterinary care, advocacy, fostering, and adopting. WORKOUT: The WOD will consist of a total-body circuit workout including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, etc. There will be two versions of the workout to choose from, with one modified-version. DONATE HERE Please write (MFC) in the message box on PayPal. --------------------------------------- Manhasset Fitness Center Guidelines MFC has implemented new policies and precautions in compliance with NYS COVID-19 protocol to keep both our clientele and trainers safe during this time. Below are some of the changes you will see in the studio: Arrival We will recommend every attendee to arrive 15 minutes before their workout time slot to fill out our studio forms. Our Studio Health Waivers must be read and signed, agreeing to our terms/conditions and guidelines for the studio. A “Health Screening Questionnaire” is to be completed prior to the workout. Temperature Upon entry, a contactless temperature check will be administered. MASKS Masks are required to enter the studio and remain on as per NYS ordinance. Sanitize Hands Upon entry into the studio, attendees will be asked to sanitize their hands . Hand sanitizers are readily available throughout the studio for everyone's convenience. No Guests/ Limit Personal Property MFC requests that all attendees attend with no additional guests if they are not registered. Distancing The event will maintain that all attendees are at least 6 foot distance in the studio. The studio’s (floors, walls, doors, handles, stations, equipment, etc.) will be continuously sanitized using Hospital Grade/Antiviral Disinfectant before/after each time slot for everyone's safety.
