The 5th Annual KAVA Talks Dinner & Silent Auction for KAVA Talks members and supporters. You are invited to the 5th Annual KAVA Talks Dinner & Silent Auction to support Pacific Islander Men standing against violence through education, outreach, and conversations. Come meet the Pacific Island Men who lead, participate, and champion this program! KAVA Talks (Knowledge Against Violence Always) is a Pacific Islander Men led & focused education & peer support group working to unlearn, heal, and eliminate all forms of violence within themselves, their households, and the broader community. We invite all KAVA Talks members and supporters to register for this event and spend the evening in each other's company as we continue to uphold and perpetuate KAVA Talks purpose of creating a more informed, safe, and inclusive environment for all. Speakers and Entertainment TBA. We will continue to hold our Silent Auction with items donated by local businesses and individuals with all funds going to KAVA Talks Programming as they continue to combat violence and all unhealthy behaviors & mindsets within our Pacific Men and to victims and survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. Communal health is of the utmost importance and we will be abiding by all public gathering guidelines in regards to COVID-19. As part of our precautions, we are limiting attendance to 100 people with seating adjusted to abide by health standards. Children must be 12 or older to attend. If you do not register, you will not be permitted inside. Face Masks are mandatory to attend this event.
