I am certified as a Notary loan signing agent as of four months ago in the state of Illinois. I started my own business at the same time and became consumed full time with running that, but now I have an assistant and it's running more smoothly, so I'd like to utilize my training! I am looking for someone who has been in the field at least 6 months that can go over the different documents and nuances with me in terms of where to sign and what to expect on the differing loan documents seen at the appointments. Yes I have the training materials, passed the exam (over four months ago) and a membership to call and ask NNA - but they cannot really fine tooth comb review the individual loan documents. I just want to get my confidence up prior to accepting the text bookings I have been receiving. I'd like to hire you for about two hours to review the different loan types with me! May ask other general questions. I'm offering $45/2 hours cash or venmo/paypal! Let me know your soonest availability this month! I can meet in your neighborhood at a cafe for your convenience as well.
