SNOW PLOWING HELP

Twenty-year old company is looking to hire individuals to work primarily as shovelers for the remainder of the 2021 snow season. (technically you will be working with snow blowers primarily). Previous experience is not needed for Shovelers, and the possibility for long-term employment exists for the 2021 lawn care season for those interested. Additionally shovelers with plow driving experience will have the opportunity to work their way into a Driver position but they MUST have plow driving experience as well as a valid drivers license. Snow work is hard labor so please do not apply if you are not a hard worker, dependable, self-motivated and physically fit enough to do this work. You must have transportation to and from work. Additionally, the hours fluctuate with the weather, so you must be committed and able to make the start times. If any of these requirements do not fit you, please don't waste our time or your time by applying. You must have reliable transportation and be able to make it in to work. Skill and hard work are rewarded if displayed by the employee. Employment will start immediately with the first snowfall. Employment is full-time inasmuch as whenever it snows, even with smaller snowfalls, we work. While the snow work is seasonal, the company will also be looking to hire on candidate(s) who are interested and who prove to be quality workers, for a position as lawn care technicians for 2021 and beyond. This is not mandatory to apply for the snow work, but merely an option for those seeking long-term employment. These are full-time positions, with benefits, but are only available to candidates who show themselves as quality employees during the snow season.
