We are so excited to welcome you to Louisville for a safe, fun, & exciting event! Please read all important information below. Admissions Information Temperature checks will be required at the entrance for all spectators, participants, & staff. Only 2-day adult tickets will be available. Spectators of solos and duets on Friday night will not need to purchase a wristband for Friday night performances. Children 12 and under are free. Due to venue capacity restrictions, we ask that no more than 2 spectators attend per athlete. Wristband Pick Up Hours Friday – 2 PM - 9 PMSaturday – 7 AM – 7:45 PMSunday – 7 AM – 7 PMWristband Pick Up Spectators can pick up their wristbands on the 1st floor of the Kentucky International Convention Center in Ballroom C. Spectators will not be allowed into the performance halls of the Kentucky International Convention Center without a wristband. Spectators should notify the staff at wristband pick up, if they have a non-participant child 12 and under, to receive a wristband for entrance. When arriving to wristband pick-up, please know which hall your team is performing in, so you receive the appropriate color wristband for entry into the performance halls. Hall B – Silver WristbandHall D – Red WristbandAt wristband pick up, you will be required to fill out a digital health screen form and show receipt of completion. Spectator Entrance The spectator entrance to the Kentucky International Convention Center is at the corner of Jefferson Street & Fourth Street. Athletes will NOT be allowed through this entrance. Athlete & Coach entrance is at the corner of Market Street & Fourth Street. Spectators CANNOT enter through the skywalk entrance. All spectators will enter Hall A on the 2nd floor and staff will direct spectators to the appropriate performance halls based on wristband color. Spectators are only allowed into Hall A 25 minutes prior to their team’s performance. Hall A opens at 3:30 PM on Friday and 7:30 AM on Saturday & Sunday. Once in the hall, spectators will join the holding zone based on the order of performance and will rotate holding zones until the team is done performing. Spectator Exit Once the team is done performing, spectators will either immediately exit the performance hall, and then building; OR will wait in one of two holding zones for their child to be released by their coaches. Spectators with Crossover Athletes If you have a child that is a crossover athlete to multiple teams, you will need to let the staff working at wristband pickup know the name of the child and the other hall they are performing in. The staff will then confirm the information before giving you a second wristband to get into the other performance hall the child is competing in. If those crossover athletes’ performance times are within 40 minutes, the spectator will be allowed to wait in designated holding areas. The holding zone for Hall B will be in Hall A and the holding zone for Hall D will be in Hall C. If the crossover doesn't compete within 40 minutes, spectators must exit the building and return 25 minutes prior to the next performance. We appreciate your understanding & cooperation.
