The time has been designed to magnify self love while having fun, listening to great music, and building community with one another.
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR:
Wear workout attire where you can move freely. Be prepare to break a sweat!A water bottle. A towel.A yoga mat. (I will a few extras but I strongly suggest you bring your own)The event is beginner friendly, as Helsa will guide and support you!

PLEASE READ: To ensure our safety:
This event is limited to 20 people to ensure we adhere to social distancing guidelines.
All participants will be asked to have their temperature taken with a non- contact thermometer. Any student registering at 99.6 or higher will not be allowed to take class. We are encouraging all participants NOT to attend class if you are feeling sick with any cold like symptoms, fever, bodyaches, etc.
All participants are required to wear a mask until they are on their mat. Masks must be worn in all common areas.
