This is a job where you will be able to work outdoors and indoors in a fast-paced environment, both with customers at their homes as well as small business owners at their place of business. To see additional examples of projects check out our website: or Facebook CREW LEADER JOB DESCRIPTION This is a hands-on role leading a decorative concrete crew daily. Make mathematical calculations to figure out how much material will be required for each job. Plan a safe project site and implement work activities in a safe way, every day. Communicate clearly and concisely. Complete time-sheets, work orders, daily logs of work and other reports. Consistently meets labor production estimates. Build and maintain a productive team. Strong attention to detail. Experience working with concrete required. Heavy lifting required. REQUIREMENTS 1yr+ Experience as a crew leader in construction or similar role Proficient in the use of trowels and construction tools Valid driver’s license Experience working with concrete required. POSITION Full Time 30+ hrs/wk Salary is negotiable and depends on experience
