Over the next couple months, GC/PE accepting bids on a takeoff for clearing and haul-off of a lot in Holley by the Sea. Only 100'x100' is being cleared, and asking for credit value for the pine pole, lumber and pulpwood trees. Also looking for sandy clay compactible fill.
