We are looking for a Renovation (Construction) Technician. The technician is responsible for most aspects of interior work AND any tasks assigned by the Superintendent. We are looking for candidates experienced with electrical, plumbing, and appliance installation; drywall repair; painting. Skillset to include replacement of interior fixtures and finishes. Duties will include, but not be limited to: Unit interior demolition: removing lights, plumbing, and electrical fixtures, appliances, hardware, etc.; drywall and door installation, and other miscellaneous items. Interior installation: lights, plumbing, and electrical fixtures, appliances, hardware, window coverings, etc. Required skills: Experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance installation; drywall repair; painting. Skillset to include replacement of interior fixtures and finishes. Use of power and hand tools. Attention to detail. Self-motivated. Team player.
