Help me step a flagpole tomorrow - Tuesday.

Hi, I work with flagpoles all the time. Tomorrow I will step a flagpole into a completed foundation. I need FOUR guys with some muscle. And who can follow orders. This is a commercial project. This is NOT you helping out your neighbor on a Saturday afternoon. Where you guys wing it to save money on hiring a professional. I am the professional in this project. I have done 60-70 of these types of jobs and if anything goes wrong I pay for the mistakes. So please we do it MY way. No suggestions, no input welcomed. Alternative plans or questions of my plan are distracting. The goal is go slow as fast as we can and produce a quality finished product.
