Newly acquired cabin that needs some real work! Ranging from shower replacement, electrical fixture installation, leaking skylight, to evening floorboards and ceilings (that’s just a small list!)
Will request photos of jobs you’ve completed in the past as well as some reviews or references.
(Will be comparing your rate vs. others)
