New condo owner/1 BR. Looking to do some renovation to kitchen and bath. 2 most important trades will be electrical and plumbing as I can handle the design and carpentry(architect)... Moving kitchen sink plumbing/electrical. Installing new cooktop/oven. Converting bathtub to shower. Changing light fixtures. Etc. I need a skilled tradesman to handle these more specific elements. Step 1: In house consultation. I will pay you for your time to pick your brain regarding what is feasible/not feasible from a design & permitting perspective. Step 2: Will use you to perform renovations provided a reasonable bid. Step 3: Potentially setup pay to maintain property in the event I have to move back to New York. Serious inquiries only.
