Description
Subletting my East Village apartment while I am in grad school. One Year minimum sublet.
(The option to move in before Feb. 15 also available.)
One of the nicest (tree-lined) blocks in the heart of the East Village (BTW First & Second Aves.)
Steps away from restaurants, bars, shops, Farmer’s Market and Tompkins Square Park
The apartment has windows throughout and great light all day long.
It’s a gem of an apartment for someone who wants to live alone with actual space and true rooms in an amazing neighborhood for a great price. The apartment is quiet, cozy and clean -- and you must be, too. Six windows provide tons of light (and breeze). There’s a bedroom with closet and storage, eat-in kitchen, living room with French doors, and a bathroom with full tub/shower. Some Furniture is included: a FULL-sized CASPER Mattress w/bed frame, a nice full-length mirror and coffee table in the LR; and a small dining table w/cafe chairs in eat-in kitchen. There’s also some dishes and cookware. It's a five flight walk up - but your glutes will thank you. Some call it their “in-building gym”. Also, it’s incredibly quiet since you are on the top floor.
The apartment offers a great amount of space: the apartment has two bedrooms; I use the small back bedroom for long-term storage; I access it 2 - 3 times a year, which I will always pre-arrange with you. This extra room makes the apartment feel airy and bigger than a typical NYC one bedroom.
Please provide some basic information about yourself and we can set up a virtual tour through the apartment.
Thank you!
No pets or smoking, sorry.
