Looking for a Maintenance Worker for 120 units @ rental properties located in Sunset Beach & Southport, NC. Duties include but not limited to completing work orders submitted by residents for misc. repairs, trouble shooting ac, plumbing, and electrical issues and minor building upkeep & cleaning.
