DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, many things will change that we had been doing for our audience prior. Please read all instructions below so you can make sure you are compliant and not have to walk back to your car. If any policies change or are updated, we will let you know asap. First and foremost, any taping could have audience canceled due to changes in covid-19 numbers or county or state decisions. We, ourselves, will have no control over these types of sudden changes on audience. Please keep this in mind as you reserve airline flights, etc. Audience is required to have a temperature check upon entry and answer a few key questions. If your temperature is high, your party will not be allowed to enter the taping.We require masks to be worn while you are mobile/moving around.We are sanitizing our chairs and tables prior to tapings. We will provide hand sanitizer for those who need it.Bathroom usage is restricted only to the lobby bathrooms, which will require you to wait until after everyone is seated to get up and go. Purses and large bags will not be allowed in, under any circumstances. We don't want to rummage through your private bags, so plan to only bring in your wallet, smartphone, keys and mask.You will not be held for any duration of time ahead of the taping. Once the doors open, you will be escorted immediately to your seats in the theater. At the conclusion, there is no meet and greet. You will be given instructions on how to safely exit at that time. We know this is a lot to deal with, but we are so excited to have you and are willing to go through the extra measures to have you here! We have missed you!MORE DETAILED INFORMATION: MINIMUM AGE - 16 Audience participants must be at least 16 years of age and ready to present a valid photo ID with birth date visible at the time of check-in, if requested. Deliberately leaving ID at home may cause your lack of entry. Entry of all guests is at the discretion of the Audience Producer. GROUP RESERVATIONS All details for group reservations are handled privately. If you need information for group reservations, please contact our toll-free information line at 1-833-HUCKABEE or email us at [email protected] as early as you can, since taping dates are released one month out. We will be happy to contact you at our earliest convenience. BATHROOM AVAILABILITY Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, we ask that you wait until being seated to go to bathrooms, with our assistance to keep everyone social distanced. If you are concerned about this, there are bathrooms when you enter the property, immediately to your right, in a small brick building. Feel free to use them prior to parking. Once you are in line, you will not have access to bathrooms until you are seated in the theater, at which time, you will need to ask an usher to assist you with your request, prior to leaving your chair.ADVANCE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED, NO WALK-INS AT THIS TIME There will be no walk-ins available at this time, due to the Covid-19 situation. We will have limited seating and will be utilizing social distancing and safety practices to protect our audience members. Reservations will be required in advance, so we can make sure we have adequate seating for everyone in your party. This also means if you make reservations for more than one person, please make sure all parties attend. Our seating will be done completely different and it will be very important that if you reserve extra seats, they are serious about attending. Also, make sure if you want to sit with someone else, that was is noted in your reservation. If not, contact us at [email protected] asap and let us know who you are sitting with so we can pair your reservations up for you.LIMITATIONS ON ITEMS YOU MAY BRING IN Masks are a mandate in the County. If you would like to bring your own mask to wear, feel free to do so. We will have hand sanitizing stations available.Large bags and purses are not allowed in the building at this time. You may only bring in your small wallets, IDs, smartphones/cell phones. If you attempt, you will be asked to go back to your vehicle and leave it there. Please make sure to secure your property safely in your vehicles. We are not responsible for personal items lost or stolen. Please plan ahead and don't bring them with you.You will go through a security check, so please do not bring in pocket knives, sharp objects, mace, tasers or anything that would be considered a weapon. This includes clippers, scissors, tweezers, fingernail files, etc. If you do, we will take them and you can retrieve them after the taping, at the box office, when you walk out the front doors of the lobby.You may not bring in gifts for the Governor or something you want him to sign, due to the Covid-19 restrictions. There will not be an opportunity for that, due to social distancing requirements at this time.TAPING DURATION Check-in opens at 6:15 PM (you may begin lining up at 6:10 PM (central) and must arrive no later than 6:25 PM for guaranteed seating with a reservation), pre-show entertainment begins at 6:30 PM. We shut down check in entry at 6:40pm. The taping will last approximately one (1) hour and (15) fifteen minutes, once it begins, and attendees can expect the entire experience, from check-in to the end of the show, to last approximately 2 ½ hours.We ask that no loitering occurs, due to the Covid-19 restrictions and in order to keep social distancing a priority, we ask that you keep your distance from others on the property while waiting for the doors to open to Check In.You will not be held in our Check In suite for any duration of time, but be escorted directly to seating.HANDICAP REQUESTS HUCKABEE will make arrangements for guests with disabilities who request reasonable accommodations in their reservation ahead of time. If you did not add it, contact us at 833-HUCKABEE so we can update your reservation. We need to know what the handicap is so we can plan social distancing seating options for you. We have limited handicap seating. If it is the day of the taping, email us instead at [email protected] instead of calling. REQUESTING TICKETS All available live taping dates for the HUCKABEE show are listed as they are confirmed approximately one month out. Please choose the taping date you are interested in and follow the prompts. If the date you choose is already at capacity, walk-ins are not available at this time, due to the social distancing requirements, so you will need to choose a different date, in this case.You may reserve up to four e-tickets per reservation. You will be required to provide separate information for all attendees in your party, if you do. Please do not reserves extra tickets and use the same name on more than one ticket. We have very limited seating and reserving seats without having a firm commitment from a friend is not acceptable at this time. We would like to keep the 'no show' rate down to zero. So, if your friends are not sure, only reserve your tickets and they can reserve their own and request to be seated with you.With our limited seating available now, due to the Covid-19 situation, all reservation requests needs to be solid. Please don't block seats off that you are not certain a friend will use. They can make their own reservation once they confirm with you and link theirs to yours.We don't have the luxury of overbooking anymore, so we need you to only reserve the actual number of seats you are in control of yourself and commit to using. If we see a pattern of misusing the reservation system, we reserve the right to consider it a weak reservation and may choose not to receive it.If an emergency occurs and you cannot attend or you want to transfer ticketing to someone else, you must contact us ahead of time to see if it is allowed for that taping. Email [email protected] asap, if it on the day of the taping.If you are not able to print out your ticket or do not have a smart phone to display your ticket on, simply provide us the name your reservation is under upon arrival at check in, and we will look you up. Be advised that you may be included on-camera during taping of the HUCKABEE show. Your e-ticket and your presence in the audience both constitute your permission for the show's producers to use your likeness in any way.STANDBY SEATING If you attempt to reserve e-tickets for a taping and the floor level has already reached capacity, please choose a different date. We have very limited seating, due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Another option is to email us at [email protected] and let us know that you are interested in a specific date and we will see what we can do to assist. QUESTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS Please note that the ticket office is closed on major U.S. holidays. We reserve the right to cancel any taping due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If you are unsure about a taping date, please email us at [email protected]. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS If there is any concern due to weather conditions, that we may cancel a taping, please email [email protected] at your earliest convenience or call 833-HUCKABEE during business hours and we can let you know if there is a cancellation. If it is the taping date, we cannot take calls, please email us instead. FOOD OR DRINKS Absolutely no food or drinks are allowed in the building. You will be provided with bottled water only, at this time, due to Covid-19 restrictions. APPROPRIATE ATTIRE Dress code is smart casual if possible. Remember, you could be on camera. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone dressed inappropriately and again, your reservation is your permission to be on camera without compensation. SECURITY CHECK Be advised that all audience members must go through a security checkpoint upon entry.Please remember, purses and large bags, backpacks, cameras, etc. are not allowed in the building at this time, due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Also, do not bring in pocket knives, sharp objects, mace, tasers or anything that would be considered a weapon. This includes clippers, scissors, tweezers, fingernail files, etc. If you do, we will take them and you can retrieve them after the taping, at the box office, when you walk out the front doors of the lobby.We reserve the right to deny entry to any person, at any time, for any reason necessary to ensure the safety of all our audience, cast, and employees.PERSONAL ITEMS Guests will be required to power down all electronic devices when instructed prior to the taping. Any usage after this time may result in guest removal from the studio. We are not responsible for any personal items lost or left on the property. Go back up and see ACCEPTABLE ITEMS for more details about what is and is not allowed in the building at this time. SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Our smoking station is located directly across the boulevard under the awning and marked with a green metal sign. Once you go through security, you must remain indoors, or you will have to go through security again. Once the taping begins, if you leave your seat and exit the theater, you may not re-enter after 6:40 PM, since the security station will be closed by then.MISCELLANEOUS HUCKABEE is taped on private property and any guest behavior deemed inappropriate may jeopardize that guest's participation. We reserve the right to remove anyone who is deemed a threat to the comfort or safety of our audience, 'on air' guests, cast, or staff. Thanks for your interest and enthusiasm!
