Compensation: Base pay: $16 per hour plus bonuses (avg. $18-22/hr), profit sharing, and 1 weeks Paid Time Off . You will have a base pay of $16/hr PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day! Average pay for first year Team members is $18-22/hr. Our top field guys make in the high $60 a year with year round work for top performers We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care Team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday with a purpose. We have franchised our business and now have 35+ locations nationwide. Within 3 years of starting employment, most of our Team members become business owners or managers within the company. Our goal is to develop our talent and skills as professionals. Requirements: --Team Player --Non-Smoker --Reliable Transportation, Valid Drivers License, Smartphone --Able to Pass Background Check and Drug Test --Clean Driving Record --Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labor --1 Year Minimum Of Landscape/Mowing Experience at a Company (THIS IS REQUIRED) Starting Wage: $16 per Hour Plus Bonuses Based on Performance Benefits: 1 Weeks Paid Time Off and Profit Sharing Full Time Work for the top performers Go to and submit your resume.
