In this Bible Journaling workshop we'll dive into scripture and answer the age old question- why do bad things happen to God's people? When bad things happen to good people. When we feel like life's punching bag. When we feel like God doesn't hear our prayers. When God doesn't fix it. Join us for this two hour bible journaling workshop where we explore the ideas of prayer, hurt, and holiness. We will use the books When God Doesn't Fix It by Laura Story and Sick of Me by Whitney Capps to guide us in why hurt happens and what God wants to do with that hurt in our lives. We'll leave knowing two things: we are dearly loved by a good God and that God wants to use our hurts and turn them into holiness. Each participant will receive: -bible teaching on the process of sanctification -bible journaling printables to inspire and lead -watercoloring tutorial -a create your own watercolor print inspired by the day's teaching, handlettered by Jennifer -ideas to encourage and motivate you in bible study for 2021 Even if you have attended our bible journaling classes in the past, you will not want to miss this completely revamped bible study.
