As an Outdoor Adventure and Guest Experience Guide, your responsibilities will include: Inspecting and fitting guests’ equipmentMonitoring, patrolling, and maintaining facilitiesDeliver effective safety briefings to guestsPromote a safe environmentManage bookings, transactions, and other administrative tasksProvide excellent customer service, delivering a tree-mendous experience! Requirements We don’t require any specific experience, but qualified applicants must: Comfortable with heightsAble to meet our guest participation requirementsHard working and motivatedLove the outdoorsComfortable interacting with guests and providing exceptional customer servicePromote a positive, safe, and exciting experience for every visitor Our team is comprised of many different experiences and backgrounds.
