RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE POSITION JOB REQUIREMENTS: -Must have solid work ethic-------which means you show up to work -Valid drivers license-------with a clean driving record-------no DUIs -Must be able to work ON-call for emergency maintenance JOB DUTIES: -Painting -Cleaning -Lawn care -Snow removal -light carpentry -make apartments ready for occupancy -Heavy lifting for appliance removal/replacement and removing furniture left behind by tenants -Day-to-day maintenance repairs and any other repairs that pertain to maintaining the 450+ apartments we manage. Must be able to work with all types of people.
