This experience is all about removing yourself from daily stress & anxiety and living in the present moment. It's all about your well-being.
Please bring anything you need to meditate(mat, cushion, towel, etc)Make sure to follow social distancing guidelinesWhether it's your very first meditation session, or you are an experienced meditator, this meditation session is for you.
We'll start with a 15-minutes easy hike in Presidio Forest, one of San Francisco's best-kept secret locations!
Once we arrive at our location, we will enjoy a 30-minute meditation session surrounded by beautiful redwood trees. I'll guide you through a meditative adventure step-by-step that will help your mind and body relax.
Afterward, we'll hike back to the starting point.
It's a very special experience and I can't wait to share it with you.
