Hello metal heads!! Currently seeking a metal screamer with good range and possible clean vocals. Would not mind having a girl singer/guy screamer if you do both, hell yah! Must be talented, not just starting out. I am the drummer. Been playing drums for 25 years and my 2 guitarists have been playing for years as well. We were formally known in the springs as from ashes we rise. We have played with a bunch of signed bands, took a hiatus and now looking to get back into music. Currently also seeking a bassist who can keep up with us. We like to do time signature changes and intricate rhythms so we need someone who can keep up with us. Our influences include august burns red, white chapel, lamb of god, the human abstract, old asking Alexandria, within the ruins, I see stars, between the buried and me, the crimson armada, old we came as romans, etc. if you would like to get a rough idea, you could look at our old recordings on reverbnation.com and search from ashes we rise and we are from Colorado Springs. Just keep in mind the recordings are not the greatest quality. The songs we are keeping are: duct-taped mouths, dark carnival, and rise of the fallen. However, we do not want to keep the vocals what so ever. We want someone to come up with their own lyrics and make the song theirs and we really want to see your spin on it.
