Description

Epoxy RESIN and SIP Boho Inspired Floral Botanical Charcuterie Board Workshop - Art Decor DIY - Atlanta Art Resin Class - The Reverie Welcome to the very first Botanical Charcuterie Board RESIN + SIP Art Workshop happening Feb 20th 1p-330p hosted by floral designer and resin artist Meera of Meerkat Blue at The Reverie near Summerhill, Atlanta, Georgia. Opening doors at The Reverie for a workshop class on resin and preserved florals, I encourage you to attend this amazing, crafty class to bring out you inner flowerchild. BRING YOUR OWN Sister, Husband, Babefriend, Partner, Girlfriend, Boyfriend, whomever you please, along with your choice of Champagne or Wine 🎨 🥂 🤍🌸 From the artist: Join me at the Reverie, where I'll create a learning environment to help you feel encouraged, supported and inspired. We’ll cover it all in a friendly and inclusive way, giving you the chance to try using this fabulous medium without the initial expense of buying all the equipment. I'll demonstrate how to work with preserved florals and epoxy resin, and show you techniques for applying and creating a modern, minimalist botanical design. What's Included? All florals, epoxy and supplies will be provided and you’ll be explicitly guided to create a uniquely beautiful artwork on a sustainably harvested 22" x 10" Acacia paddle board; water and drinking cups will also be provided. I'm determined to effortlessly guide you to create a board that will turn out beautifully in your kitchens. Remember how fun sharing food with loved ones can be? I want you to look forward to a Post-Covid time, where we can once again relax with our family and friends, and have fun building up our impressive botanical charcuterie boards with cheese, hummus, crackers and chocolate covered almonds from Trader Joes! ;) Your finished piece will make the perfect gift, or take pride of place in your own space. As resin takes at least 72 hours to cure, you won’t be able to take it with you on the day of the workshop. You can collect your artwork after a one week drying period. Please note: I take special care to use and distribute epoxy that, when used correctly, is eco-conscious, VOC-free, museum conservation grade and non-toxic. With that being said, I'll be giving explicit instruction on how to use this medium safely and correctly! Ages 18+ (Masks are also mandatory friends! Once seated and engaged with your art piece, you may remove your mask to work and sip.)
