A monthly meeting to build friendship and find support in all things related to women's health and wellness. Join me for a monthly meeting of women creating deep friendships and supporting each other on our health and wellness journey. We'll play an authentic relating game or two to get warmed up and comfortable with each other. Each month will have a theme to guide our discussion. Bring any and all the questions and knowledge you have. We're here to show you you're not the only one with a particular concern or challenge. We're here to listen, share knowledge, and provide support for each other. Group size is limited to 10 to preserve the intimacy of the conversation and confidentiality of attendees. Doors open at 6:30 pm for casual mingling before the structured introductions begin at 7pm. So many of my clients and friends don't feel like they can talk to anyone about their menstrual cycles, sexual health, and other intimate aspects of their bodies. I want to change that. My mission in this world is to normalize women's health issues and get us talking about them. That's a long journey for many. I hope that by creating a dedicated and intentional space for those discussions that we can shorten the journey and practice the skills necessary to have these conversations in a loving and supportive manner.
