Great American Developers is a real estate company located out of Los Angeles, CA. We manage more than 100 tenants across 40 homes in the greater LA area. Focussed on a strong company culture, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced maintenance technician to help us keep our daily operations smooth and efficient. Job candidate should have experience in the following areas: -Plumbing -Basic electric work -Basic carpentry -Experience with miscellaneous house/apartment building repair work. Candidate will need their own form of transportation and tools. As we own a number of apartment buildings in the city, candidates may need to travel between apartment buildings and houses during the day to address all maintenance concerns. Flexibility is preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150.00 - $160.00 per day
