Stray puppy needing a home

Found a puppy on the highway 3 weeks ago. I've been trying to find his owners for almost a month now but cant. So i am looking to rehome this little guy. He is very playful and loving. He seems to be pretty much potty training as long as you take him out when he needs to go. I wanted to keep him but we live in a apartment and he needs a yard to play and run around in. We have been calling him Salem and he seems to respond great to that. We also have an older dog and he dose great around her. Im not sure if hes had his shots. But i will be changing a 30.00 rehoming fee since hes been in my care. If you are interested please let me know i wanna find him a good home asap because i dont want him to get to attached to us. Thank you
