About the Seminar Series:Lori Sharpsteen and Joanne Worobec are passionate about bringing education to first time home buyers. Armed with the valuable information and life experience that our vendor partners can provide, we hope that you'll be better prepared when the time is right for you to purchase your first property. Whether that is land, unconventional housing, a condo or a single family residence...we have the resources to help you!As we continue to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic in our city, orders issued by the St. Louis County Department of Health and the St. Louis County Executive have restricted gatherings and required face masks when in public places. In accordance with these restrictions, the following will be required at our event: In person participants will be limited to 10 people.* (Remaining participants will access via Zoom.)Seating will be socially distanced (6ft apart).Masks are REQUIRED for all in-person participants.*CDC does not have a limit or recommend a specific number of attendees for these types of events and instead encourages event organizers to focus on ways to limit people’s contact with each other. Each event organizer will determine the appropriate number for their setting in collaboration with local health officials. In general, the number that is chosen should allow individuals to remain at least 6 feet apart from each other.
