Well, I dunno about "what all of the liberal democrats say". I'm not affiliated with any political party. Never have, never will, never would. I don't even consider myself a "liberal". And if you think that still makes me some kind of liberal democrat, even if not by name, well, I'm a pretty piss-poor one, since I've voted for republican candidates several times when I thought they were the better person. Collins was a one good example, until she crumpled and betrayed her Chase Smith legacy under the Trump presidency. But all that's kinda besides the point, isn't it? This isn't really a matter of republicans vs democrats, nor even liberals vs conservatives. Ya boy Donald isn't either one. He's only an opportunist. He claimed he was a democrat before he claimed to be a republican (and the opportunity there was that republicans are a lot more vulnerable and susceptible to the sort of emotional WWF-style xenophobic nationalist trash he learned to peddle than is the democrat mindset), he was pro-abortion before he realized it was more to his political advantage if he was gonna try to wear a republican disguise to be anti-abortion and pseudo-religious, and court the fundamentalist evangelicals, and he's pro-American only insofar as it furthers his aspirations to strongman autocracy that he so much admires in Kim and Putin. He does have a real knack for disinformation, misinformation, and distraction, though, gotta give him that. The travesty of the Trump presidency wasn't a matter of republicans vs democrats. It was that it was from the get-go a direct assault on the democratic (meaning democracy, not democrats) values that both democrats and republicans, and all of us as Americans, hold in common. It's just too bad that so many Republicans embraced that as their own for the sake of power and party loyalty. And then there are always those sheepy folks who will flock to a demagogue. Again, the republican and in particular the evangelical mindsets are more susceptible to that sort of thing than a lot of other folks, but, that's not really a matter of "Republicans", that's something else. Anyway, so, I don't much care what group you assume I belong to, or what slot you want to fit me into so you can paint your stereotypes and react without really having to think about what's being said. That whole question of which group who supposedly belongs to is completely irrelevant to the discussion, so far as I'm concerned, and it has nothing whatsoever to do with whether or not the election was rigged (even the so-called "republican" states run by Republicans found it wasn't).
