Indie band, dream pop, shoegaze?

I want to make an indie band with a big jangly, fuzzy, sound. Guitars, organs, strings, kinda prog, dream pop, indie, twee, with everything from quiet acoustic to loud blasts of shoegaze noise. I play guitar but am not a singer, and live in Augusta, and am a bit older than you would think (but not that old). Anyone want to start this with me? Singers, musicians, handclappers, cellists?
