Looking for a local Part time handyman/ contractor in Shelby to service small mixed unit building as needed. Responsibilities include but not limited to meeting utility company onsite, fixing up units after tenant moves out, responding to tenant maintenance issues, etc. Also, potential to live onsite as part of compensation.
