Description
DUBLIN, CA — The city of Dublin has created a rent assistance program to help Dublin residents struggling as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
Residents may receive up to $6,000 or six months of rent — whichever is less.
The city is now accepting applications from low-income households that earn at or below 120 percent of the area median income.
Eligible residents will have their name on the lease and lost their job or income due to COVID-19. They must have been up-to-date on rental payments prior to March 17 and have been in good standing with the landlord.
Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
